Applications¶
Holoflow and Holovibes support complete experimental workflows, from optical acquisition to real-time processing and visualization. These guides are organized by scientific result rather than by software component.
Each guide will describe the optical setup, acquisition requirements, and two ways to reproduce the processing: an operator-oriented workflow in Holovibes and a programmable workflow using Holoflow.
-
Doppler holography
Reconstruct holograms and analyze temporal fluctuations to visualize blood flow.
-
Doppler OCT
Produce depth-resolved Doppler measurements from coherent interferometric acquisitions.
-
Wavefront analysis
Measure optical aberrations with Shack–Hartmann data and Zernike decomposition.
Experimental guidance in progress
These pages currently establish the structure of the application guides. Experimental parameters and operating procedures will be added only after they have been validated by the project team.
